BANANA
UNSWEETENED
PEANUT BUTTER
PLAIN
GREEK YOGURT
KODIAK NATURALS SALMON OIL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Kodiak Naturals Salmon Oil
STEPS
- In a blender or food processor, combine banana, peanut butter, yogurt, and salmon oil. Blend until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into ghost-shaped silicone molds (or any fun mold you have).
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until solid.
ENJOY
Pop out and serve as a spooky-cool treat!
FUN TIP: Add a couple of dog-safe blueberries for “ghost eyes” before freezing!
