INGREDIENTS
- ¼ lb lean ground turkey
- 1 fresh beet (peeled & diced)
- ½ cup beet-infused water
- 1 tbsp of Kodiak Naturals Salmon Oil
- 1 tbsp of plain, unflavored gelatin powder
STEPS
- Add ground turkey and diced beet to a saucepan, cover with water (about 2 inches above the ingredients).
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the turkey, beet, and ½ cup of the beet-infused cooking water to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the gelatin powder and Kodiak Salmon Oil until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
